Gmail Users: Stay Connected with the Listia Newsletter

Listia just celebrated its 4th birthday last week with BIG giveaways, raffles and badges. Thanks to all the Listian fanatics that participated and made this the biggest one day giveaway and auction listing day ever on Listia!
Listia is planning even bigger events in the near future and we want to keep everyone well informed of these important events. Listia sends out a newsletter every two weeks that informs Listians of our upcoming giveaways and we want to make sure you’re still getting those emails if you use Gmail.
Gmail recently introduced new tabs that sort your email. Here’s a quick fix to make sure your Listia emails appear in your Primary tab.
You can also follow Listia on Facebook to stay well informed of all upcoming events.

        Myself and others have had problems with another listian, heavenangel2005. This person does not tell the truth and they rip people off. Several people including myself have filed complaints but nothing gets done. So this is a warning for all the GOOD people that use LISTIA. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE OF heavenangel2005. You can always block them. And please spread the word 🙂

        skinvest….Report the Listian to Listia and request your credits back and inform Listia what this person is doing and you will get a refund and you can request that this person be suspended from Listia!! They Will put a moderator on the case!

  2. Yes Hi my name is Cecelia Bloom and I’m one of your sellers , I have a question for you. What would be un estiment of shipping Porcelin dolls at about 15″ high and about 4″ wide. The reason I ask is because you have no shipping amount for collectables in dolls or anything.

    i have filled out 4 of your special offers and have not received the credits for doing so. im getting very irate with this site. this is the first time it has ever done this to me. i did the discover card credit card one for 15,000 the ibid2save one for 10,000 and one gamehouse free trial for 2,500, and one gamehouse funpass trial for 2,500. now i want to know when im going to get my credits for these bogus offers that you are scamming us with?

    • if you read the discover card offer you have to be accepted for the credit card and it may take days to report your acceptance,you can also check with the trouble shoot trial pay site as they are the ones giving you the credits when you complete an offer not Listia. i really love people who only read half things lol its so funny when you vent that you are mad you didnt get credits Listia said they would give to you for free lol its not Listia it is trial pay take it up with them all you have to do is check your completed offers through them there is even a link on the trial pay offers to check which offers you did.

    Just like to leave a suggestion in the app for apple you should add the capability to look at your watch items. A simple suggestion to help your users be more efficient on your site. Thank you very much I enjoy your site.

    • Hit here I also use the iPhone app if that’s what you are talking about and you can view your watched items. Go to mylistia and scroll all the way down you will see ” auctions you watched” open & closed auctions. Hope this helps, if you can not see it then you might need to update your app or contact Listia support. 🙂

  6. Dear LISTIA, I am dearly disappointed in your site. EVER SINCE I have signed up, the yellow pop up at the bottom of the page says that I have earned 10 points for checking in but it only credits 5 in my account. ALSO I have NOT received ANY points for listing all of my FIFTEEN items. It says it will credit 25 points of every AUCTION. But I haven’t received any points. PLEASE GET THIS STRAIGHT. Thank you.

    My Friends i’d like to know why don’t you put a botton “Free Shipping Worldwide”, because there are only for the US. So i’m in Europe, i don’t buy more because of that. The world is not only the US, let me tell you that are more countries in the world….

    Is anyone having trouble not getting help from Listia’s support team? I am not getting email notifications about auctions. I have sent emails to listia’s support group over two day’s ago but havent gotten any acknowledgement.

I completed a thing to earn 14000 credits and have yet to see them 2nd I have 2 post of the same thing and the one that is open needs to be deleted since the items were won already and 3rd how do I get the money for shipping cuse im not paying for the item to ship on my dime please help

    i have a problem i sent something out for someone with a tracking number and i paid for shipping it should of gotten to her by yesterday 9/7/13 i click on her name and try to send her an email but it says i cant because her account is no longer active how do i get my 3,000 credits or my item back?

  16. How do I get my credits returned on an item that I filed a dispute on because I never got the item and now it says “Credits Transferred to Seller & Closed” but I NEVER got the item!!!!!!! I can’t find anyway to contact you guys through the actual website.. HELP!

  20. I have a winner of one of my auctiona but thought she won two. I waited for shipping cost. But this winner and I cleared this matter up. But she is asking for her credits. I never got the credits, cause she never got the item. So why is LISTIA still have a button for a refund. She never got the item. That was the complaint.

  21. i feel some of your surveys are unfair they choose only those of ethnic and wealthy backgrounds to give the survey to for points the rest of us get 10 credits for giving our information over and over and over again. doesn’t seem right

  22. I am VERY disappointed with LISTIA!!!! I have been using the site for over a year, a now all of a sudden I can not log in. I have sent ove 6 emails and have not had a response to any of them. I have looked for phone numbers, but of course there aren’t any. (I kind of find that sneaky)! All I want is for SOMEONE to respond to my emails so I can get back on listia, or all of the employees to busy playing games and drinking coffee. Again VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

  26. BEWARE if this user: ellatackett1 She used GIN for 12000 on my auction Monday the 25th. I had it clearly stated in my auction winner must have VERIFIED ADDRESS. She waited until WED the 27th to add a verified address. Post offices closed on Thursday/Fri for Thanksgiving. She files a dispute today the 30th claiming I mailed the item and she never received it and requesting credit refund. LOL I went ahead and refunded her credits, and blocked her. Was only able to give NEUTRAL FEEDBACK unfortunately. I noticed her feedback rating is really sour. Just use caution with this user people!

    She prob thought I had mailed it yesterday in hopes of getting the item and her credits?

    • I forgot to add, when I performed a skiptrace on her and the address she provided it was fake. The user name she uses reflects a skiptracer website and the address is non existing. LOL

    • i have two one who will not respond that he received it im waiting him out and the other will not respond when he put up only a partial address no building number for his apartement i will not waste postage sending if it will only come back so i requested a number and he has not responded so i have not sent this is the sixth time i have even on facebook requested he reply as well as the other person so i totally understand your ngrief had the man answered with a number he would have gotten his item just after thanksgiving like the other five auctions i had up

      • I do not understand the intentions of these users that displace professional auctioneers such as ourselves. Pisses me off. Half of them act like they cant read to begin with.
