Today we’re releasing a snazzy new way to select a category and subcategory when you list your item! You can just try it out or read on for more details.
You’ll notice that the form field looks slightly different. When you click on it you should see something like this:
Once you select your main category you will be prompted to select a subcategory:
One difference is that it is now required to select a subcategory. When your selection is incomplete you will see a “Select…” prompt in red. If you find that a subcategory doesn’t fit for your item you can select the “Other” subcategory. Once you’ve completed your selection it should look something like:

While you’re at it, you should do a category for ridiculous/illegal auctions posted by underage users. There are so MANY of those,that they NEED their own category!

How about the listing and re-listing dates of the stuff we auction here? I’m going mad trying to keep it all together, trying to figure out when I listed and re-listed the items I sold. Guess I need to keep better track, just in case I ever need it. It would help if it was already there on the page somewhere though. Thank you Listia!!! Yes, a recipe and diy category is needed.
Why must we go through the ‘kitchen’ category and have to be subjected to thousands
of recipes and diy’s?
Please make a self category for these listings? PLEASE!
How about some new categories for DIY and Recipes? I’m about sick to death of searching kitchen items and seeing nothing but recipes that I can go google and get for myself for FREE
