I am amazed at all the wonderful people I have met with either selling or buying with credits on this website. Listia is such a great resource to get many things that you need from clothing, books, DVDs, jewelry and more. It is wonderful that it is done with a credit system instead of cash. It makes it so much easier for the bidder and the seller. You can find incredible deals on Listia. I am very thankful and grateful for this website and the folks that make it happen. I LOVE Listia and I highly recommend it to anyone that has not tried it.
(debdeb1964) Two and a half years ago my youngest son died suddenly at 24 years old. I went into a deep depression and shut everyone out of my life. Almost a year ago, I stumbled onto Listia. I started off by just looking around and seeing the many things being given away. I thought “I have a lot of cool stuff I could give away”. The more I gave away and the more things I received, I started having fun again. I’ve met a lot of very nice people who I keep in contact with. I finally have something to look forward to everyday whether it’s listing new things, getting new things or just chatting with my new friends. I am so thankful that I found Listia.

I have met a lot of forever friends, decluttered my home, and have gotten awesome items for me, my hubby and friends! Most importantly, it has changed my life for the better. Is anyone else annoyed by the proliferation of new, cheap jewelry on Listia from China and other foreign countries. I hate having to wade through page after page of awful jewelry, in which I have no interest, trying to find something that I might actually want to bid on! No one ever seems to bid on this stuff, so why they continue to post “auctions” is beyone my comprehension! PLEASE, Listia. Rethink allowing such ads. It’s really spoiling Listia for me and I just may give up altogether.
YES I DO AND I WAS RIPPED OFF BUT LUCKY TO GET POINTS BACK. LISTIA IS NO EBAY. I HAD SO MUCH PROBLEMS WITH LISTIA. THEY DO NOT CARE.
I wish ppl who sell on here would use First Class Shipping. That includes in the price FREE TRACKING!! THIS way we as buyers know where the package(s) is. Also use bubble wrap envelopes !! This way things don’t BREAK. Don’t be lazy!! If you’re gonna sell do things the right way or don’t be selling!!! I hate missing packages. Yes I know the postal service isn’t no better.
