(Jeslinker70) My love for Listia started more than 4 years ago when one day my daughter asked if I could get her some silly bandz she found online. Well, after signing up and looking around, I couldn’t wait to get started! Since then, I have sold so much I don’t use anymore. My husband will hand something to me and say one word “Listia” lol. I have made friends with some wonderful people and I’m very grateful for their friendship! Most importantly, Listia has been a true blessing when it comes to holidays and birthdays! All of my sons’ birthday presents (down to wrapping paper) came from Listia. I have already started Christmas shopping and I’m sure I’ll get everything I need. Oh, yes my daughter did get silly bandz and a whole lot more.

I have literally millions of recipes and I want to share my favorites with people. I love being told that a recipe turned out great or even it didn’t turn out. I love knowing that something I posted for auction is EXACTLY what someone was looking for. I have also found a lot of great things here, too. Movies or books that I hadn’t been able to find; charms that would be perfect on someone’s bracelet, etc. I ‘m a loyal Listia follower and participant for as long as your site is up! Thanks Listia!!

I joined back in 2010. I have not used another auction site or looked back since!! Back then, if I remember correctly, they gave you 400 credits when you joined. Not the 1000 now. I thought, what in the world am I going to be able too do with only 400 credits? But I was able to win things. Oh happy I was and I was HOOKED!! I quickly listed a few things and started building my credits up to win bigger things. I have taken breaks here and there due to financial hardships, because I always wanted to offer Free Shipping and of course, you get more bidders by offering. And I don’t know about anyone else, but when someone is not offering free shipping and asking for the winner to pay a flat rate of 6.99 to mail you a small charm, I’m thinking, “This person has lost their marbles and then a few extra, lol”. Those are the ones I avoid and I don’t fan them. Or the ones who start their bids in the 1,000 range. Don’t get wrong here! They have that right, but I keep right on going when I see that. To them I suppose the item they are auctioning is worth more too them than it seems too be too me. smh
Anyhoooo, sorry I got off track. So, I have already started winning Christmas gifts and listing a few things here and there, too win more. That is usually what I say to people when I am talking about this great site. It is a wonderful way to acquire gifts and not spend too much(shipping costs) for your loved ones or friends. I get rid of the things I no longer use, save my credits and then go shopping/bidding, haha!! And I don’t think there is nothing that I have gone looking for, that I was not able too find on here!! And the support team is just spectacular and patient. I have had to contact them for various reasons and they have always quickly responded to my questions or needs. Not sure who came up with this site, but I THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

I would also like to see a Twitter button. I wanted to share something the other day and it didn’t give me the chance to get that 1 credit. I was going to go copy and paste and then I had to walk a way and by the time I got back the auction had ended. I don’t share a whole lot on my FB page but I do on my Twitter account. I have also started a blog @ blogspot and share things there. The chat room I would love because we could share what we have won, if we had any problems or what we will be posting soon. Just a thought. If they do I would help “moderate” for credits *wink*. I’m online pretty much all day,so I wouldn’t mind at all, heheP
