  7. grea

  8. Is there any way to know the goals and rewards ahead of time? I post stuff much more slowly then I would if I knew something was being rewarded later on in the week or month or not. I wouldn’t wait to auction stuff I knew wasn’t being rewarded anytime soon, I’d just post it. And I’d dig up stuff that was. A win-win-win all around. Win for your bidders because more stuff is on your site all the time, bringing in more eyes all the time. A win for you, because those extra eyes following the extra auctions also see more of your advertising, which means more cold, hard, cash in your pockets. And a win for your sellers because we, at any given time time, because of the increased auctions, will have more credits in our pockets, giving us the ability to win or GIN more cool stuff.

It REALLY sucks to realize that you could have gotten 1,000 extra credits, or more, if you’d just waited a few days!

Oh, and by the way, your new “incentives formula” SUCKS!

Cutting the rewards in HALF disincentivizes me from posting more auctions! You want me to work harder for less! That formula doesn’t work for me, no matter how much you want it to!

And, as I’m sure you’ve noticed, there has been an EXTREME DROP in the number of new auctions on this site since the new rewards policy has been in place. Most of which , I’m sure, is because Christmas has passed. And maybe I’m weird, but times of low traffic seems to me to be the BEST time to provide your users to offer new auctions! Not disincentivize them!

Besides, no matter what your lawyers and accountants tell you, credits cost you NOTHING to create. It’s like printing your own money, without the cost of paper, ink, electricity, and transport! And being such Scrooges about them makes you look very petty.

It’s like having an extra sandwich someone gave you, that you don’t want, but still refuse to give to someone hungry. Just pointless, displaced, greed. “It’s mine, I’ve got it, and I’d rather let it rot than to give it to you”. The only profit you make from that is in your mind.

  9. Michele Brown says:

Awesome! Excellent CHALLENGE! LISTIA RULES!!! #LOVELISTIA

  10. I’ve tried to get the rewards and it won’t let me I’ve listed exactly what I’ve been told to and done it multiple times but it won’t work

  11. HARRISON77 says:

    ????

  13. Nice

  14. carlos salas says:

    cool

  15. cool

  16. I’m not seeing a key that says what the little icons mean on the calendar? I can guess on most of them, i.e. the teddy would be toys and the flowers are gardening. But it would be nice if you would have included the words or a key to what the icons mean. I’m guessing/hoping the scissors on the 31st means crafts. Wish it wasn’t still two weeks away.

  17. Mateus Kuasne says:

    uhuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

  23. Kyle L Johnson says:

Nice Promo, but how will we know how many challenge goals we’ve completed? 30 days is a lot of time to try to keep track of how many of these daily goals we’ve completed, so can you let us know, at least weekly, what tier we may qualify for based on the goals we’ve completed?

  24. dvfvrfvrfevbrteyd says:

    don’t bye this item

  25. It’s great and very nice

  26. Great Promo!!

  27. I will try best my children just went the there stuff I might be able to do so but not on the car parts

  28. Kimberly Bisbee says:

Good suggestion it is that time of year for that king of work it’s called spring cleaning

  29. I posted 4 items and did not get my credit just wondering why.

  30. nothappy11 says:

I am so right there with you, I am considering leaving because I am sorry, but I refuse to part with things such as brand new designer heels from big name stores across the globe because they were gifted to me and never fit, so I put them away and forgot how much of that sort of thing I have in my storage…then I think, geez, someone on listia might love something like this, it’s a once in a lifetime chance for someone to have something they could never go buy themselves….then I see you can get 160.000 credits for 20 bucks which is cool ,but here are my 500.00 never worn shoes and I’m forced to jack my prices way high, and people think I’m being greedy asking what would total about 70.00 cash to the buyer, an that’s before I pay to ship them *(7-8 $) list them ( 50 to ?) credits, make it premium, 3000 to 5000 credits …… by then I might as well donate them to the shelters and homeless who really need help!!!!!!! Then after listia raises them for a week, you have tons invested, and the very next week the price of credits sky rockets!!!!!! I have never ever come out ahead on a single auction and listia is making a fortune along with the postal service!!!!!!!!!!!! Get iot together listia cuz i have been spreading the word and a lot of people are re thinking being part of what used to be a fun thing to do, and give!!!!!!

    • , @nothappy, I think you have gotten to the root of the problem. Listia used to be a fun medium of exchange where we didn’t need to use money. Now it’s ALL about the money. I made a lot of cyber-friends on here, so that has been worth it. Unfortunately, now there are two choices: list with free shipping and need to START at 100k just to cover shipping, or list with paid shipping which nobody reads any more because of all the China things they have to wade through. I think some higher-ups at Listia got big heads and forgot their audience was — Listia is NOT a feebay competitor. It was supposed to be an alternative to them.

  37. cool

  38. Wooooow it’s Very good

  39. Can u post art that’s of your own making?

  40. Jennifer says:

Where do we go to see if we qualified, and who won the prizes?

  41. My fiance and I are wanting to start a family of our own. I had a tubal 14 years ago and am looking for all the help we can get to get a tubal reversal so we can make this possible. So I’m asking to share my link to your family and friends and anywhere you can. Thank you and God bless

  42. Very Nice.

  43. The way Listia keeps raising the $ to point value every day, it’s not going to matter that much about the New Shipping feature, because nobody will be using it because all of the sellers will have left Listia because they are killing the sites for sellers.

FYI last Sept, the $ to point amount was 4950… look at it a year later !!!

    Current rate:
    19,900 Credits / US$1
    (as of Sep 24, 2016 at 1:53am)

Things that used to be 499 and less are now selling for 50K-100K+
And Listia care one bit or foresee what might happen down the road.
Oh well, it was good while it lasted.
